3. Plan durations
Plans are available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Your plan period begins when your account is activated. Prices are shown in USD on our pricing page and are the same across our website.
4. Connections
Each connection allows one stream to play at a time. You may install the service on multiple devices, but the number of simultaneous streams may not exceed the connections you purchased. Sharing credentials beyond your connection limit may result in interrupted playback.
5. Orders and payments
When you place an order, our server calculates your total from our official price list and assigns an order reference. You then receive a secure payment link or payment instructions from our team. An order is not paid until we receive confirmation of payment.
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. PayPal, cryptocurrency and bank transfers are arranged with our support team. We never ask for your card number by email or chat.

6. Free trial
We may offer a free 24-hour trial. Trials are reviewed manually; credentials are typically sent within 1–3 hours after review, and the 24-hour period starts at activation. We may decline or limit trials to prevent abuse. Trials are intended to be one per customer.
7. Refunds
You can request a refund within 7 days of payment under our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
- Do not resell, rebroadcast or publicly display the service.
- Do not attempt to bypass connection limits or interfere with the service.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
9. Service limitations
Streaming quality depends on your internet connection, device and player app. Individual channels or titles may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific channel, event or title.
10. Support
Support is available through WhatsApp, Telegram, email and our contact form. We aim to respond as quickly as we can but do not guarantee specific response times.
11. Limitation of liability
